How to use Shopping Cart
"Add to Cart" button
- located under a product picture and its descriptions.
- Click the button to add an item to the shopping cart.
- Pearl stringing service : (1) Email us if you wish to know the measurements of the pearl strands before you buy the pearls. (2) click the "Add to Cart" button of the pearl strands, (3) click the "Add to Cart" button of the pearl stringing service, (4) click "View Cart" button to adjust the quantity if necessary, and proceed with payment. (5) We will email you to confirm with you the measurement of the necklace / bracelet.
"Buy Now" button
- located under a product picture and its descriptions.
- Click the button to buy one item now.
- You can then proceed with payment using your PayPal account or credit card. The postage (e-Express+) will be shown in the process.
- Pearl stringing service : (1) Email us if you wish to know the measurements of the pearl strands before you buy the pearls. (2) Click the "Buy Now" button of the pearl strands, proceed with payment, then, within one hour, (3) click the "Buy Now" button of the pearl stringing service, and proceed with payment. (4) We will email you to confirm with you the measurement of the necklace / bracelet.
"View Cart" button
- located at the top of webpage.
- Click the button to see the shopping cart, change the order quantity, see the postage (e-Express+) and see the check out buttons.
"Check Out" button
- Click "View Cart" button to see the shopping cart. Then, in the shopping cart, you can see "Check Out" button.
- Click the "Check Out" button to pay with a Credit Card.
"PayPal Check Out" button
- Click "View Cart" button to see the shopping cart. Then, in the shopping cart, you can see "PayPal Check Out" button
- Click the "PayPal Check Out" button to pay with a PayPal account.

What is the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button about?
- Items with an "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button : you can order by shopping cart.
- items without an "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button : ask for the prices by email. Email us the item number, item name and quantity you would like to order.
What are the prices of products?
- order products at preset prices with shopping cart : Contact us if you have questions about prices.
- Prices may be different in shopping cart order, email order, our office or exhibition booths : Contact us if you have questions about prices.
What is the quantity "in stock" about?

What should I know about the product photo?
- color : The color you see in product photos may be a bit different from the real color due to different computer monitors and different lighting conditions.
Can you drill pearls?
- Drilling pearls : We supply undrilled, half-drilled or full-drilled loose pearls. If you need pearl drilling service, please order by email instead of shopping cart. We will send you the quotation of the service charge by email.
Can you supply made-to-order jewellery?
- Order pearl stringing service by shopping cart : Pearl stringing service
- Order made-to-order jewellery by email : For the loose pearls and pearl strands we sell, if you wish that we can make jewellery for you, you can order by email. We will send you the quotation of service charge by email.
Shipping Information (e-Express+, SF Express)
Processing time needed before we ship your shopping cart order
- processing time for items in stock : 3 to 7 working days. You can email us to check if we have enough stock for you. Tell us the item number, item name and quantity you would like to order.
- processing time for made-to-order items (pearl stringing service) : 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the quantity and complexity of the project.
- processing time for out of stock items : For out of stock items, they will be on back order and we will contact you to let you know. We reserve the right to remove out of stock items from the order. You can email us to check if we have enough stock for you. Tell us the item number, item name and quantity you would like to order.

- e-Express+ tracking number : After we ship your order, we will email you a mail tracking number. You can view the tracking information of the e-Express+ at the Hongkong Post website up to departure from Hong Kong. After the parcel leaves Hong Kong, the status of the parcel may not be available on the Hongkong Post website as some destinations do not provide online tracking information.
Shopping cart order - Hong Kong local order, SF Express payment by receiver
- Use "Buy Now" button with prices shown in HKD : The postage will be zero when you check out as you will pay SF Express directly for the shipping charges.
- SF Express tracking number : After we ship your order, we will email you a mail tracking number.

- No refund, no goods return.
- You will pay the postage, duty and tax.
- "View Cart" button - e-Express+ postage is shown in shopping cart : You can see the postage of e-Express+ after you add an item to the shopping cart. Click "View Cart" to see the postage.
- "Buy Now" button - e-Express+ postage is shown in the payment process : After you click "Buy Now", you can see the postage of e-Express+ in the payment process.
- Shopping cart order - Pay in the default currency : The default currency is shown in the item price above the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button.
- Shopping cart order - Pay in other currencies : Click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button. During the check out process, you can pay in a different currency, but you may need to pay a currency conversion processing fee.
- Shopping cart order - Credit Card : Click "View Cart" to see the shopping cart. You can change the order quantity in the shopping cart. Then, click "Check Out" to send us payment by Credit Card.
- Shopping cart order - PayPal account : Click "View Cart" to see the shopping cart. You can change the order quantity in the shopping cart. Then, click "PayPal Check Out" to send us payment by your PayPal account.
